6. Termination: a. Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice if the other party fails to fulfill its obligations. b. Upon termination, the client shall pay for the services provided up to the date of termination.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Novatech Expo Private Limited is registered. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
